Order information

  • Examples of Personal Information collected: Name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number). Please note that, We do use Shopify Payment method for the checkout. Therefore, we do not see or save or share the sensitive information such as credit card/ bank card details. On the other hand, Shopify Pay's information is stored on Shopify's PCI Compliant servers (the info is encrypted and saved on separate servers from Shopify's Core). Buyers can opt out by replying to an SMS message sent by Shopify Pay with one of the keywords listed below. These keywords are not case-sensitive: 
    • STOP
    • END
    • QUIT
    • CANCEL
    • UNSUBSCRIBE

Another way to submit a request about Data Subject, you can use the following link https://legal.shopify.com/ and then click on "Submit Data Subject Request" button. You need to give the details to the Shopify in order to submit erase requests.

  • Purpose of collection: To provide products or services for you, to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risks or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you information or advertising relating to our products or services.
  • Source of collection: Indicated by you.
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: Shared with our processor Shopify, Carrier Companies you preferred during the checkout (Delivery Address, name, surname, phone)

  • Examples of Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, email adress, and phone number
  • Purpose of collection:to provide customer support.
  • Source of collection: Indicated by you.
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: used via Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp, and Shopify Chat Application

MINORS

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.  We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion.

Sharing Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

  • Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a small number of hours.
  • Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.

We do not sell any of your personal information to any service providers, or any third party apps.
