Are these salad containers recyclable?
Yes – PET (recycling code 1) is widely recyclable where facilities exist.

Can they be microwaved?
No – PET is for cold food only. For hot food, see our microwave containers.

Are they leakproof?
The hinged lid closes tightly and is leak-resistant, which suits salads and most cold dishes. For runny dressings, use a separate cold sauce pot.

Standard or heavy duty?
Heavy-duty containers are made from thicker PET, so they are more rigid. Standard containers are the lighter, more economical option.

What are they used for?
Takeaway salads and salad boxes, fruit pots, pasta, desserts and deli dishes – any cold food that needs a clear, secure lid.
