Lawin Greek Style Golden Pickled Peppers - 12 kg Tin

These have great taste.
I halve them and store them in leak proof containers in the fluid, one straight into the fridge.
When eating, I fill a small takeaway container and rinse them thoroughly with cold water through a sieve, then graze on them. The rinsing is required as the fluid they are packet in can have quite a violent laxative effect if too much is consumed. I find it also makes them very slightly milder and more easily digested.
They are a wonderful food for diabetics as chillies are 9% carbohydrate and contain capsaicin that increases you body clock (BMR) resulting in a lower blood sugar.
All round they are a winner.

The peppers themselves are very nice, however I need to use a chisel to open the tub every time I would like some. I understand it’s for industrial use but maybe they could do smaller batches for personal use.
